Terms of Service

These terms cover ordering from Store Panda, whether on storepanda.pk or through our Android app.

Ordering

Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we accept when we confirm it. We may decline an order if an item has run out, if the delivery address is outside our area, or if we cannot reach you on the number given.

Prices

Prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees and include any applicable taxes. Grocery prices move, so the price that applies is the one shown when you place your order. Monthly packages are priced from the current price of the items inside them, which means a package total can change between visits.

Delivery

We deliver within Faisalabad. Delivery is free on orders over Rs.2500; below that a delivery charge may apply and will be shown before you confirm. We aim for same-day delivery but cannot guarantee a specific time.

Payment

Orders are cash on delivery. Please have the amount ready when the rider arrives.

Fresh items and weights

Fruit, vegetables, meat and other items sold by weight are cut and weighed by hand, so the amount delivered may differ slightly from the amount ordered. Where that happens we charge for what was actually delivered.

Substitutions

If something is out of stock we will contact you before substituting it. We will not swap an item for a different brand or size without asking.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

You can cancel any order before it is dispatched by calling us. On delivery, please check your order before paying — if anything is damaged, spoiled, expired or not what you ordered, refuse that item and you will not be charged for it. If you notice a problem after the rider has left, contact us the same day and we will replace the item or refund it. For reasons of food safety and hygiene we cannot take back perishable goods that have been accepted and taken indoors, unless there is a fault with them.

Your account

We create an account for you automatically when you first order, so your history and saved packages are available next time. Keep your phone number up to date, since we use it to identify your orders and to reach you about deliveries.

Using the site and app

Please do not attempt to disrupt the service, place fraudulent orders, or copy our content for commercial use. We may refuse service where this happens.

Product information

We take care to describe products accurately, but packaging, ingredients and manufacturer details change from time to time. Always read the label on the product itself before use, particularly if you have an allergy or a dietary requirement.

If something goes wrong

If we let you down, tell us and we will put it right — replacement, refund, or credit. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Pakistani consumer law.

Changes

We may update these terms; the version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
